Foamix Pharma Prices 6.7 Mln Ordinary Shares IPO At $6/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (FOMX), a specialty pharmaceutical company seeking to develop treatments for skin conditions, announced the pricing of its initial public offering or IPO of 6.7 million ordinary shares at $6.00 per share. All of the ordinary shares are being offered by the company.

In addition, the underwriters were granted a 30-day option to buy up to 1.0 million additional ordinary shares. The shares may begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on Thursday, September 18, 2014, under the symbol "FOMX." The offering may close on Tuesday, September 23, 2014.
