Mr. Ferguson has more than twenty-five years of successfulexperience in information technology. He spent the majority of hiscareer as President of First Data Health Systems Corporation and itspredecessor companies, where he led its growth to one of the world'slargest healthcare information technology companies at that time. Hehas also held sales and senior management positions with XEROX, BaxterInternational, and American Express.
