WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2005--First Aviation Services Inc. (NASDAQ - FAVS) today announced that the 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company will be held on June 7, 2005. The location and time of the meeting will be determined and announced at a later date.
