Fastighets AB Balder: Balder sets up a MTN program of 5 billion

Balder (publ) (STO:BALDB) has decided to set up a MTN program (Medium Term Note) with a limit of 5 billion. The MTN program will complement Balder's existing funding, which mainly takes place in the bank, but also through the issuance of commercial papers. Balder has today no need to fund themselves in the bond market but believes that access to multiple funding sources is interesting in the long term. Balder estimates that a first issue under the program will be during the first quarter. The FSA has today, 21 February, approved Balder's prospectus in relation to the MTN program.
