Fastighets AB Balder: Balder Sells Real Estate for SEK 870 Million

Fastighets AB Balder (STO:BALDB) has, in two separate transactions, agreed to sell the properties through a company transfer to an agreed total property value of approximately SEK 870 million.

The first transaction concerns a property Järfälla Jakobsberg 2: 2583. The property comprise approximately 22,000 sqm of commercial space.

In the second transaction Balder sells the properties Sundbyberg Eken 14, Stockholm Vreten 8, Stockholm Vreten 17 and Stockholm Vreten 25. The properties comprise approximately 40,000 sqm of commercial space.

The sale will generate an earnings effect in the second quarter of approximately SEK 70 million before tax.
