Fastighets AB Balder: Balder purchases the office building, "Europahuset”, in Gothenburg

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (STO:BALD) has acquired the property Mölndal Bastuban 1 that today have SCA as the main tenant.

The property will be classified as a project property and Balder's ambition is to develop the property together with the city of Mölndal, primarily for residential purposes. The property is acquired for SEK 365 m. Plot area amounts to just under 90 000 square meters and the lettable area to 47,000 square meters.

The seller is a company owned by DNB Group. Newsec has been advisor to the seller through the analysis phase and the transaction process.
