Fastighets AB Balder: Balder Enter into an Agreement to Sell the Entire Stock in Finspång

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (STO:BALDB) has agreed to sell its entire holdings in Finspång to Amasten Holding encompassing approximately 68,000 sq.m. with an underlying property value of SEK 460 million. Balder will as partly payment subscribe for shares in Amasten, up to SEK 30 million, equivalent to an ownership interest of approximately 10 per cent.

The sale price exceeded Balder´s latest valuation by over 10 per cent, which will be reported in the second quarter.
