Fastighets AB Balder: Balder Discloses Increase of Number of Shares and Votes

According to previously disclosed information Balder has completed a private placement issue of 3,500,000 preference shares. The issue of preference shares has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes of Balder (STO:BALDB).

The total number of shares as of 31 October 2013 is 172,396,852 shares, of which 11,229,432 are Class A shares, 151,167,420 are Class B shares and 10,000,000 are preference shares. The total number of votes is 27,346,174, of which the Class A shares represent 11,229,432 votes, the Class B shares represent 15,116,742 votes and the preference shares represent 1,000,000 votes. As of 31 October 2013 Balder has 2,859,600 Class B treasury shares, which represent 285,960 votes.

The information herein constitutes an announcement of an increase of the number of shares and votes according to Chapter 4, Section 9, paragraph 1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980).
