Balder has acquired the remaining 50% of the office buildings Stockholm Göta Ark 18 and Stockholm Årsta Äng 4 and 6, comprising an area of approximately 51,000 sqm. The properties are located at Medborgarplatsen and in Marievik. The underlying property value is approximately SEK 1,250m and the possession will take place during the second quarter.
