Euronext : Update to AGM Convening Notice

With reference to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) convening notice published on 25 March 2015, Euronext NV (Paris:ENX) (Amsterdam:ENX) (Brussels:ENX) would like to state for completeness sake that under Agenda point 4, both Ramon Fernandez and Jim Gollan, who are proposed for appointment to the Supervisory Board, meet the best practice provision II.2.2 of the Dutch Corporate governance Code and should be considered as independent.
