Erratum to the Press Release "Publicis Groupe Combined General Shareholders' Meeting 2016”dated May 31, 2017

Publicis Groupe (Paris:PUB) [Euronext Paris : FR0000130577, CAC 40] An editorial error was made in the press release date May 31, 2017 (English version only) announcing the issue price of shares distributed as dividends. The correct figure is 61.14 euros instead of 61.64 euros.
All the other figures are correct and remain unchanged.
