Ermenegildo Zegna Group Q4 Revenues Up 2.9% Organic - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ermenegildo Zegna Group (ZGN) reported unaudited revenues of 1.95 billion euros for fiscal 2024, up 2.2% from prior year, or an increase of 3.4% at constant currency and down 1.9% organic. Revenues in the fourth quarter was 589.2 million euros, up 3.3% from a year ago, or an increase of 3.6% at constant currency and up 2.9% organic.

"We expect 2025 to play out differently across various geographies. While we have seen solid performance in the Americas and EMEA in the first weeks of January, we also believe that there will be ongoing volatility with respect to consumer demand in China. We are prepared to navigate these challenges," said Ermenegildo "Gildo" Zegna, Chairman and CEO of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group.
