BEDMINSTER, NJ - March 17, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market: PGC) and Peapack Private Bank & Trust proudly share that Kenneth A. Stagnari has joined the Bank as a Senior Managing Director with the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division. Kenneth joins a team of seasoned professionals charged with growing the Bank’s CRE lending platform and expanding the Bank’s reach into new markets.

With more than 25 years in the commercial real estate lending industry, Stagnari joins the Bank from Signature Bank, New York, where he last held the position of Senior Vice President and Group Director of CRE Lending. He served as the primary relationship officer to an extensive list of high-net-worth CRE investors and depositors located in the greater NY metro area, managing a portfolio of more than 1,000 loans with balances in excess of $6 billion. Stagnari was primarily responsible for the negotiation, structuring, and origination of new and existing CRE loans. He has extensive knowledge across a diverse set of asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use, shelter housing, land, and development loans, note on note financing, and unsecured lending. He served as the lead relationship manager, negotiating directly with clients, brokers, counsel, note buyers and other internal/external parties.

 Prior to his career at Signature Bank, Stagnari worked in CRE lending at People’s United Bank, where he successfully managed the 12-month stabilization of a $1.5 billion CRE loan portfolio as part of an acquisition. His extensive experience also includes positions at M&T Bank, Beacon Federal Bancorp and North Fork Bank, where he developed his knowledge in underwriting, credit, and risk management.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Canton, with a Bachelor of Technology in Public Safety: Criminal Investigations, and a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, Stagnari is an International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member, as well as a Risk Management Association (RMA) member.
