EPR Properties Increases Earnings Guidance For 2018 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - EPR Properties (EPR) increased its 2018 guidance for FFO as adjusted per diluted share to a range of $6.03 to $6.09 from a range of $5.97 to $6.07. In addition, the company narrowed its 2018 investment spending guidance to a range of $500.0 million to $600.0 million from a range of $450.0 million to $650.0 million and confirmed its 2018 disposition proceeds guidance of $450.0 million to $500.0 million.

FFO as adjusted for the third quarter of 2018 was $119.6 million, or $1.58 per diluted common share, compared to $93.3 million, or $1.26 per diluted common share, for the same quarter in 2017, representing a 25% increase in per share results.

Total revenue was $176.4 million for the third quarter of 2018, including a $20.0 million prepayment fee received from Och-Ziff Real Estate, and a 17% increase from $151.4 million for the same quarter in 2017.
