Epiphany Customer Bankinter Wins Gartner CRM Excellence Award 2005; Ep

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2005--Epiphany, Inc. (Nasdaq:EPNY), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for consumer-oriented businesses, proudly announced today that Bankinter has won the Gartner CRM Excellence Award 2005 for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Bankinter, a leading Spanish retail bank, was selected for its effective CRM vision, implementation and use of Accenture and Epiphany solutions to help support its company-wide strategy. Bankinter's CRM implementation beat out two other finalists.
A review team of Gartner analysts selected the award finalists after evaluating and rating each of the initial entries based on demonstrated excellence in their CRM initiatives. Attendees at the show decided the winner by vote after seeing each finalist's presentation. Bankinter joins Boise Office Solutions, GSI Commerce, Grupo Financiero Bital and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Epiphany customers that have received the Gartner CRM Excellence Award in the past five years.
