enXco Announces Changes in Executive Management Team

enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company (PARIS: EEN) is pleased to welcome Deborah Gronvold in the position of Executive Vice President for Implementation and Generation and the promotion of Paul Kaufman to Executive Vice President for Transactions.

Ms. Gronvold brings to enXco more than 23 years of substantial experience in the energy sector including eight years in investment banking. Deborah’s most recent experience was in the role of Vice President and Treasurer with Iberdrola Renewables in Portland, Oregon where she was responsible for treasury functions and corporate finance activities, including relationship management for ratings agencies, banking and investment banking organizations. Most recently she played a key leadership role in Wind Portfolio Transaction financings. In addition, she has experience working with Sithe Energies, Inc., and Edison Mission Energy, in both the Corporate and the Americas Divisions.

Ms. Gronvold received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.

The Implementation and Generation group is responsible for the financing, construction, management and optimization of enXco’s renewable energy assets.

Paul Kaufman joined enXco in July 2008 as Vice President and General Counsel serving in the Senior Management group since that time. Under his leadership, enXco’s legal and risk management group has provided the company with legal expertise on financing, mergers and acquisitions, project development, commercial transactions including off-take agreements, regulatory and corporate matters. He now steps into the newly created role of Executive Vice President for Transactions bringing 25 years of experience in the energy business to our Power Marketing Group, Wind Business Unit, and Solar Business Unit. The Transactions Group will focus on bringing wind and solar projects from development to construction, financing and ownership.
