HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that the Board of Directors of its General Partner has unanimously elected Robert G. Phillips to serve as Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as President and a Director of the General Partner effective Feb. 11, 2005. O.S. "Dub" Andras, who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise's General Partner from 1998 to 2004 and as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the completion of the merger with GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. in September 2004, will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the General Partner.
In making this announcement, Dan L. Duncan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Partner said, "I want to thank Dub Andras for his significant contributions to Enterprise's success over the past 24 years. He has been an excellent business partner and provided strong leadership and counsel as we have grown to become one of the leading midstream energy service providers. We are pleased that Dub will remain with our General Partner in the role of Vice Chairman and help us develop and execute future strategies for growth."

Mr. Andras, 69, served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the General Partner from April 1998 until September 2004. He also serves as Vice Chairman of privately held EPCO Inc., where he held various executive management positions beginning in 1981.
Mr. Phillips, 50, was elected President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Board of Enterprise's General Partner in September 2004. Previously, he was Chairman of the General Partner of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. from 2002 to September 2004, and Chief Executive Officer of GulfTerra's General Partner from 1999 until September 2004, when GulfTerra merged with Enterprise. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips served as President of El Paso Field Services since 1995.
In other actions taken by the board, Michael J. Knesek was elected Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and W. Randall Fowler was elected Senior Vice President and Treasurer.
Mr. Knesek, 50, was elected Principal Accounting Officer and a Vice President of Enterprise's General Partner in August 2000. Mr. Knesek, a certified public accountant, has served as Controller of EPCO Inc. since 1990.
Mr. Fowler, 48, joined Enterprise as Director of Investor Relations in January 1999 and was elected to the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Enterprise's General Partner and EPCO Inc. in August 2000.
