Enservco Loss Widens

(RTTNews) - Enservco Corp (ENSV) on Friday reported second-quarter net loss of $1.6 million or $0.04 per share compared with a loss of $851 thousand or $0.02 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter were $5.7 million compared with $7.3 million in the prior year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated a loss of $0.02 per share on revenues of $8.43 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Operating expenses increased to $2.5 million from $1.9 million last year.

Enservco Corp provides oil field services to the onshore oil and natural gas industry.
