Ensco CFO To Retire
(RTTNews) - Ensco plc (ESV), a provider of offshore contract drilling services to the energy industry, on Tuesday said its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jay Swent will be retiring after more than a decade of service.
Swent will continue to serve in his current role until the succession process has been completed and a new CFO has been named, the company said, adding the completion of the succession process may extend into the first half of next year.
