EnPro Industries Buys ATDynamics; Terms Undisclosed

(RTTNews) - EnPro Industries, Inc. (NPO), a manufacturer of engineered industrial products, announced its acquisition of ATDynamics, Inc., a privately-held company offering innovative aerodynamic products to the commercial trucking Industry.

ATDynamics will become part of EnPro's Stemco division, a supplier of high performance wheel-end, brake, suspension, and tire pressure management products to the commercial vehicle market. Terms were not disclosed.

ATDynamics, headquartered in Hayward, CA, is a designer and manufacturer of a suite of clean technology products engineered to reduce fuel consumption in the global freight transportation industry. The addition of ATDynamics' suite of products and intellectual property strengthens the Stemco product portfolio. The company also brings a workforce of 60 employees.
