Endurance Int'l. Prices IPO Of 21.05 Mln Shares At $12/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. (EIGI) has priced its initial public offering of 21.05 million common shares at $12.00 per share. All shares are being offered by Endurance. The shares are likely to commence trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on October 25, 2013 under the symbol "EIGI." Further, the underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.16 million shares at the initial public offering price.
