EMAS Offshore Limited - Shares Traded Ex-Dividend Today

EMAS Offshore Limited ("EMAS" or the "Company") refers to its announcement on 29 September 2014, in which the Company announced that the condition for payment of the dividend declared by the Board of Directors on 7 August 2014 of NOK 1.12 per share has been fulfilled.  The shares in the Company will be traded ex-dividend of NOK 1.12 per share as of today, 30 September 2014.
