The Board of Directors (the "Board”) of EMAS Offshore Limited (the "Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group”) refers to the announcements released by Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad, which the Company owns an equity stake of 11.5% ("PPTB”), on 27 October 2016 on Bursa Malaysia, as well as the announcement released by Perisai Capital (L) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPTB on 27 October 2016 on SGXNET (collectively, the "Perisai Announcements”).
