The Board of Directors (the "Board”) of EMAS Offshore Limited (OSE:EMAS) (the "Company”) refers to the announcement released by Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad, which the Company owns an equity stake of 11.8% ("PPTB”), on 10 October 2016 on Bursa Malaysia, as well as the announcement released by Perisai Capital (L) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPTB on 10 October 2016 on SGXNET (collectively, the "Perisai Announcements”). The Perisai Announcements are available in Appendix 1 of this Announcement.
