Elior: Increase in the Funds Allocated to the Liquidity Contract Entered into on July 28, 2014 with Rothschild & CIE Banque

By way of an addendum dated March 19, 2015 to the liquidity contract entered into on July 28, 2014 with Rothschild & CIE Banque, the funds allocated to the liquidity contract will be increased by €1,000,000, as from April 1, 2015, raising the total funds allocated to the liquidity account to €2,000,000.

In the account statement at December 31, 2014 the liquidity account contained 25,100 shares and funds of €713,377.

In accordance with the authorization granted at the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 10, 2015, the maximum price at which Elior S.A. shares may be purchased for the purpose of the liquidity contract (excluding costs and fees) is €18.
