EDO Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2005--The Board of Directors of EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company's common shares of $0.03 per share, payable on June 24, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2005. This will be the company's 34th consecutive quarterly dividend payment.
