Echo Therapeutics Says Goldbergs Indulged In Unauthorized Public Communication

(RTTNews) - Echo Therapeutics, Inc. (ECTE) on Thursday responded to the recent public statements regarding the company, made by Michael Goldberg and Shepard Goldberg of the Echo Board. The company said in the recent weeks, the Goldbergs had organized unauthorized public investor conference call, presentations, and issued various press releases which had the potential to confuse and mislead echo's shareholders as well as the stock market. Echo said neither the company nor the board have approved the Goldbergs' recent public communications targeted at Echo stockholders, the trading markets and the media. In a statement, Echo specifically disclaimed any responsibility for the Goldbergs' communications, any responsibility for the accuracy of any of the information relating to the company, and any obligation to correct any false or misleading statements that may be issued by the Goldbergs.
