East Coast Fund Management Inc. Announces Investment Team Update

TORONTO, June 24, 2020 /CNW/ - Effective September 1, 2020, the investment team at East Coast Fund Management Inc. ("ECFMI") and their duties regarding the portfolio management of East Coast SPC - the master fund of the East Coast Strategic Credit Trust ("ECSC") - will be transferred to East Coast Asset Management SEZC ("ECAM").

ECAM is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as portfolio manager. While ECAM's portfolio management team will be based in the Cayman Islands, there will be no change to the people or strategy currently used to manage the East Coast SPC.

ECFMI continues to operate in Canada and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as an investment fund manager, exempt market dealer, and portfolio manager. The invested assets of ECSC will continue to be held with Canadian Schedule 1 Banks. There will be no changes to the legal or governance structure of ECSC, nor any change in its service providers.
