Martin Friedrich will fulfil his contract until April 30, 2013 and subsequently leave the company at his own discretion to pursue new challenges. The supervisory board appreciates Martin Friedrich's contributions at Solar-Fabrik, especially during the strategic realignment of the company since 2009.
