Hannover/Germany, 13/12/2012. During a phase of a difficult financial situation for the company, Michael Höft had returned to the Board of Management of Höft & Wessel AG as Chairman of that body. Following Rudolf Spiller's appointment to the Board of Management and his successful familiarisation and integration, Mr Höft has now requested the Supervisory Board for permission to resign from his mandate on the Board of Management. It is expected that the Supervisory Board will comply with this request and that the service contract will be terminated at very short notice.
