BWT Aktiengesellschaft intends to terminate the ADR Level-1 program active since 2001. The associated notice will soon be sent to the sponsor of the program, Bank of New York Mellon. The ADR-program enables share listings of foreign companies in the United States without a formal listing process. Due to the low interest of US investores - recently there were roughly 5,000 ADRs outstanding - the BWT Management Board has decided to terminate the program.
