Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium"), with its principal office in Jersey, hereby announces in accordance with Section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) that it has been notified by Brookfield Investment Management Inc. pursuant to Section 91 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that it has reduced below the threshold of 5% and holds, as of 13 August 2015, 18,545,732 shares each carrying one vote, which represents 4.93% of the voting rights of Atrium, on behalf of its institutional clients.
