Dynegy Announces Date for First Quarter 2005 Financial Results Release

    HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 2005--Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN) today announced that it plans to report first quarter 2005 financial results before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, May 9, 2005. In connection with the announcement, Dynegy Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce A. Williamson and members of the company's senior management team will discuss results during an investor presentation to be webcast live beginning at 9 a.m. ET/8 a.m. CT on May 9.
