DXP Enterprises To Acquire B27 LLC For Approx. $285 Mln - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXPE) Monday announced agreement to acquire B27, LLC, principally controlled by Champlain Capital Partners, L.P., for approximately $285 million.

The addition of B27 will expand DXP's rotating equipment distribution with operations reaching as far as the Middle East and Africa.

"We believe DXP is ideally suited to realize the full potential of B27's portfolio of products and services for the benefit of the customers of both companies," said David Little, Chairman, President and CEO of DXP.

The acquisition is expected to close during the first quarter of 2014, subject to the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, and other customary closing conditions.
