Duke Realty Corp. Bottom Line Retreats 3% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) announced a profit for third quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $107.75 million, or $0.30 per share. This was lower than $110.97 million, or $0.31 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.09 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.2% to $194.83 million. This was up from $181.67 million last year.
