DSM - repurchase of shares (5 June - 11 June 2015)

Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has repurchased 185,315 of its own shares in the period from 5 June 2015 up to and including 11 June 2015 at an average price of €53.36. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 14 May 2015. The consideration of this repurchase was €9.9 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 815,313 shares for a total consideration of €43.7 million.
