DSM - repurchase of shares (26 June - 2 July 2015)

Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has repurchased 362,143 of its own shares in the period from 26 June 2015 up to and including 2 July 2015 at an average price of €53.03. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 14 May 2015. The consideration of this repurchase was €19.2 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,646,140 shares for a total consideration of €87.9 million.
