The Spanish subsidiary of DKV AG, Europe's largest private health insurance company, DKV Seguros has deployed Siebel Systems' health insurance-specific CRM solution to align multichannel customer communications spanning the Internet, telephone, email, fax, and face to face. DKV deployed Siebel Healthcare to 40 agents in its call center in Barcelona, Spain, as well as to 120 agents in its nationwide network of regional branches to integrate separate silos of policy, claims, and billing information.
