Director and Management Changes at Yellow Pages Limited

MONTREAL, Dec. 5, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Yellow Pages Limited announced today that Rob Hall and Paul W. Russo have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Yellow Pages Limited. The Company also announced the appointment of John R. Ireland as Senior Vice-President, Organizational Effectiveness and Stephen K. Smith as Senior Vice-President, Profitable Growth. Mr. Smith resigned from the Board upon his appointment to the management team.

Rob HallRob Hall has been serving as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Hibu Group, a business providing digital marketing services and print advertising to small and medium enterprise customers, since March 2014. Mr. Hall joined Hibu in 2003 and held several roles in the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the University of Swansea, United Kingdom and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Paul W. RussoPaul Russo serves since March 2017 as Chief Executive Officer of Color Spot Holdings, Inc., the largest grower of potted plants and shrubs in the United States. He was previously Executive Vice-President of Business Development of the Hibu Group during its successful turnaround and a Partner at Bain and Company. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California at Berkeley, an MBA from the Harvard Business School and achieved CPA certification.

John R. IrelandJohn Ireland was previously Chief People Officer at OSN, a mobile and pay TV entertainment content provider, Executive Vice-President, Human Resources at the Hibu Group during its successful turnaround and Vice-President, Human Resources for X-Rite, Inc., a colour calibration technology company. He received a Bachelor of Arts in French and History from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resources Management from Liverpool John Moores University.

Stephen K. SmithStephen Smith served on the executive management team and as advisor to the CEO of the Hibu Group on digital strategy and IT transformation during its successful turnaround. He was also General Partner of Masthead Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, and Managing Director and Head of the Technology Research Group at Paine Webber, Inc., a financial services firm. Mr. Smith has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a First Class Honors Degree in Computer Science from Brighton Polytechnic.
