DionyMed Brands Inc. Announces OTCQB Venture Market Ticker Symbol Change to DYMEF

DionyMed Brands Inc. ("DionyMed” or the "Company”) (CSE: DYME; OTCQB: DYMEF), a multi-state cannabis brands, distribution and delivery platform, announced today that the Company will start trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under its new ticker symbol DYMEF (formerly HMDEF), effective April 16, 2019. The ticker symbol change was made to better align with the Company name.

DionyMed received conditional approval to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE”) on November 22, 2018 and began trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol "DYME" on November 29, 2018.
