(RTTNews) - Diodes Inc. (DIOD) Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $8.6 million or $0.18 per share, compared to $6.7 million or $0.14 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $15.5 million or $0.33 per share, up from $6.4 million, or $0.14 per share in the year-ago period.
