TLG IMMOBILIEN AG ("TLG") on 10 May 2017 announced its decision to offer by way of a voluntary public take-over offer ("Take-over Offer") to the shareholders of WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG ("WCM") to acquire their non-par value bearer shares. In this context TLG on 10 May 2017 entered into agreements with the major shareholders of WCM aiming at their irrevocable undertakings to accept the take-over offer. Due to a partial fulfillment of such irrevocable undertakings the number of instruments held by TLG was reduced.
