Ladies and Gentlemen, The undersigned, acting as authorized representatives of the notifying entities/persons hereby gives notice of the following:

4. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG that on February 14, 2014, the voting interest of RCK Holdings LLC in Prime Office AG fell below the 5% threshold and on the same day amounted to 4.52% (8,156,203 voting rights).

4.52% (8,156,203 voting rights) are attributed to RCK Holdings LLC in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG. 4.37 (7,881,203 voting rights) of these voting rights are attributed to RCK Holdings LLC in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights held via the following controlled companies and each of whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Prime Office AG are attributed to RCK Holding LLC:

Ironsides Partners Opportunity Fund GP LLC.

5. Mr. Robert Knapp hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG that on February 14, 2014, the voting interest of Robert Knapp in Prime Office AG fell below the 5% threshold and on the same day amounted to 4.52% (8,156,203 voting rights).

4.52% (8,156,203 voting rights) are attributed to Robert Knapp in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG and section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG. 4.37 (7,881,203 voting rights) of these voting rights are attributed to Robert Knapp in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Voting rights held via the following controlled companies and each of whose holdings of voting rights amount to 3% or more in Prime Office AG are attributed to Robert Knapp:
