Stella Finanz AG, Glarus, Switzerland informed us on July 07, 2016 pursuant to Art. 27a(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance or achieving of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold from June 09, 2016, as follows:

The exceeding of the voting thresholds by the reporting person (Meldepflichtigen) is not the result of an acquisition of shares, but the initial attribution of voting rights pursuant to Art. 22 WpHG.

1. The investment of the reporting person (Meldepflichtigen) and the underlying circumstance of the attribution of voting rights is used to implement strategic objectives.

2. It is not intended to obtain further voting rights by acquisition or any other way within the next twelve months.

3. The reporting person (Meldepflichtige) does intend to influence the composition of the issuers' supervisory board. The reporting person (Meldepflichtige) does not intend to influence the composition of the management board.

4. The reporting person (Meldepflichtige) does not intend to change significantly the capital structure of Constantin Medien AG, especially with regards to the ratio of equity/debt financing and the dividend policy.

5. Concerning the underlying circumstance of the attribution of voting rights, the reporting person (Meldepflichtige) has not obtained any funds to finance the purchase. The acquisition of own voting shares was financed with equity.
