Steilmann SE: Application for downlisting from Prime Standard to General Standard

Bergkamen, 28 April 2016 - The shares of Steilmann SE (ISIN DE000A14KR50) are presently admitted for securities trading on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse and at the same time are admitted to the Sub-Segment of the Regulated Market with Additional Obligations arising from Admission (Prime Standard).

With the consent of the preliminary insolvency administrator the management board has just decided to apply for the revocation of the admission to the Prime Standard of the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse; the admission of the shares to the Regulated Market (General Standard) should remain unaffected.

The revocation of admission will become effective three months after the publication of the revocation decision in the Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com) of the exchange management.

The trading segment downlisting will release the issuer from the additional efforts connected to the securities trading listing in the Prime Standard.
