Bergkamen, 9 December 2015 - Oddo Seydler Bank AG, on behalf of the underwriters, as the stabilization manager in connection with the initial public offering of Steilmann SE, with regard to the ordinary shares of Steilmann SE (ISIN: DE000A14KR50, WKN: A14KR5) that have been trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 5 November 2015, carried out measures to stabilize the share price (stabilization measures) during the stabilization period (5 November 2015 to 4 December 2015). The stabilization measures commenced on 5 November 2015. Last stabilization measures were carried out on 3 December 2015. Stabilization measures were performed within the following price ranges:
