Software AG: Converted to registered shares

Darmstadt, October 04, 2017: Software AG (SOW - TECDAX) - ISIN DE000A2GS40 - has converted its outstanding shares of presently 76.400.000 into registered shares at a ratio of 1:1.

As part of the conversion, the domestic and international securities identification numbers (WKN or ISIN) has changed to A2GS40 and DE000A2GS40, respectively. The ticker symbol will remain as SOW.
