RIB Software SE signs a Phase-II-contract (No. 08 / 2018) for the delivery of the iTWO PPS solution to MyHome Group

Guangzhou, China, 30 May 2018, RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of 5D BIM Big Data technology for the construction industry, today announced a conclusion of a Phase-II-contract with MyHome Group. Through the cooperation, RIB will offer MyHome iTWO PPS Cloud-based Prefabrication Production Planning and Scheduling Platform to enable digital management of the whole prefabrication lifecycle, realizing energy-efficient and lean construction for MyHome. The two partners have previously signed two contracts, through which the cloud-based supply chain management enterprise platform YTWO, and prefabrication factory automated control system solution iTWO MES, were successfully implemented in MyHome Group. This agreement will further leverage the iTWO smart prefabrication production solutions in MyHome Group.

Based on the development plan, MyHome Group will integrate iTWO PPS and iTWO MES seamlessly into YTWO, realizing virtual construction before physical construction takes place. From design to delivery, this will accelerate automation in the prefabrication factories. iTWO PPS converts the design files into production data, seamlessly integrating the iTWO MES system for production. The integration of iTWO PPS and YTWO technology offers a one-stop solution that digitalizes the entire modular construction process in one single big data platform, realizing higher productivity, shorter delivery time and lower cost.

"The iTWO PPS will be implemented in 4 high-performance concrete prefabrication factories that have already implemented iTWO MES system. This will fully leverage iTWO Smart Production Solutions for prefabrication and modular construction, to accelerate green, energy-saving construction," said Mr. Fanzhong Meng, President of MyHome Group.
