RIB Software SE (RIB) - Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube appointed to the RIB Administrative Board

Stuttgart, Germany, 30 November 2018. RIB Software SE announces that Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube, one of the most recognized German executives, has been appointed as a non-executive member of the RIB Administrative Board as of 23.11.2018.

Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube can look back on more than 30 years of international professional experience in leading companies in aerospace, automotive, logistics and infrastructure. From 2009 to 2017, he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Deutsche Bahn AG (DB), the largest European infrastructure company. Today he acts as Chairman of Lazard Germany and supports leading companies in the field of International Business Leadership at the highest level. He was a board member of Daimler AG and responsible for corporate development and is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG, HHLA, one of Europe's leading port logistics companies. Prof. Dr. Grube is also a member of the Advisory Board of Allianz Gesellschaften, Allianz SE and the Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank Stuttgart as well as a member of the Presidium of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
