MyBucks postpones envisaged IPO

Luxembourg, 25 May 2016 - MyBucks S.A. has decided to postpone its envisaged initial public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange due to persistent adverse market conditions.

Investors' reaction to the business model and the growth prospects of the company have been very positive in general. Thus, MyBucks is reviewing its options and will continue to evaluate the market environment regarding a potential initial public offering in the future.
